SHIPPING INFORMATION
All my items are shipped with Royal Mail using the 48 hours tracked service. Please allow 1-2 weeks for made to order and 2-3 weeks for bespoke orders.
Please note that delivery times can vary once they have been posted but you will be issued with a tracking reference to track your delivery. Some international orders may incur an import or custom fee.
UK - from £4.10
Free for orders over £150
Europe - from £10: 1/2 weeks in transit approximately
Everywhere else - from £15: 1/2 weeks in transit approximately
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition and returned within 30 days of delivery.
I am unable to accept exchanges or cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Unless goods are faulty I cannot accept returns for personalised orders or sale items.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping back returns. If the item is not returned in its original condition, a deduction will be made for any loss in value.
